Echo-Luv Enterprises, was established in 2007 by Shávon Reed-Agard with the passion to see others overcome odds, live with purpose, and operate with love in business and in life. She has worked in areas of Mass Communications since 2002, as an entrepreneur, and is a certified life coach, wife, & mother of two.

Respect, Individuality, and Diversity

It is vital to avoid disfunction, distractions, and separation caused by one’s ethnicity or personal views on religion, politics, gender, and lifestyle choices. Simply put, winning takes a united team and accountability from everyone. A team works successfully when everyone puts their best foot forward and no one is left behind in the process.
